Partnership with Saguenay International Short Film Festival
The Saguenay Film Office has been a proud partner of the REGARD Festival since the very beginning of its activities. Taking advantage of the opportunity to meet industry professionals and introduce them to unique filming locations, our team is also deeply committed to supporting the festival’s official competition.
Since 2023, we have been honoured to help host the prestigious FIPRESCI jury, composed of three international film critics. Each year, we eagerly await the results of their deliberations, as we present the award and accompanying grant to one of the Quebec filmmakers competing for the prize.
Through this collaboration with REGARD and FIPRESCI, we are proud to help showcase Quebec cinema on the international stage.
