Contrechamp is a new film screening series entirely dedicated to Quebec auteur cinema. This monthly event highlights works rarely shown in the regions and fosters meaningful encounters between audiences and the talented filmmakers behind these creations.
Presented in collaboration with the CEM and the REGARD - Saguenay International Short Film Festival, and proudly supported by the Saguenay Film Commission, this initiative is led by Saguenay filmmaker Louis Moulin and Marie-Elaine Riou, coordinator at the Saguenay Film Commission.

For this second installment of the Contrechamp cine-meetings, we invite you to dive into the world of Quebec animated cinema.
Quebec is home to filmmakers who create visually unique, poetic, sensitive, and socially engaged universes — and the two works featured on this night are no exception.

Synopsis
Adam is a 15-year-old teenager who has the strange peculiarity of having a body that changes, depending on the teasing and negative comments he receives from those around him. The accumulation of his physical changes just adds a layer to his already complex life.
