Six Film Projects Receive Support from the 2025 Saguenay Film Development Fund
Saguenay Film Commission Announces the Projects Supported by the 4th Edition of the Saguenay Film Development Fund
The Saguenay Film Office is proud to unveil the projects that have received financial support through the fourth call for projects from the Saguenay Film Development Fund, launched earlier this year. This program, designed to encourage the creation and visibility of productions filmed in the region, once again generated great enthusiasm.
For 2025, six projects — two feature films and four short films — were selected following the jury’s deliberations. Each of them stands out for its unique perspective, its strong sense of place, and its desire to push narrative and aesthetic boundaries.
This year’s jury was composed of Nellie Carrie (producer), Marc-Olivier Blackburn (distributor), and Nicolas Paquet (documentary filmmaker and producer).
